Now that I have reached a certain age I have developed a distinct dislike for those age category boxes.
Why do we even need them? And if they do serve a purpose, they really do need looking at again. 55+ is a very broad range, especially with people now living healthy lives well beyond their 80s.
Time to recognise that we are not defined by our age and we are all so much more than a tick in a box 💙
