Crumbling Pavlova

Apologies if no-one else has come up against this problem, but what is the deal with safe disposal of sharps across the UK at present?

It all used to be so simple.  I would go online and request collection of my full sharps box from my City Council – and even order a nice new empty one!

Not anymore…instead I am advised that Birmingham City Council has suspended this service.  I have been told that some GP surgeries and phamarcies in the area will accept now them, but not all…

This really isn’t helpful to anyone and will only lead to inappopriate disposal across our streets.
