Just because diabetes doesn’t take a break it shouldn’t stop us from taking time away from everyday life to regroup and simply be in the moment.
Having enjoyed a few days on the stunning Dorset coast I was reminded of the power and beauty of the sea and I was able to forget the unforgiving nature of our relentless condition for a little while.
