We really do have to put a stop to gambling with people’s lives for the sake of conducting a simple blood or urine test.

No one who knows about the tragic loss of two-year old Lyla can fail to be amazed by the lack of essential care she received from her GP earlier this year.  We are aware that  conditions can be hard to diagnose, but please can we start erring on the side of caution and common sense by simply testing.

We can all help by signing the petition to support the campaign for Lyla’s Law to make testing for type 1 diabetes mandatory for all children presenting in primary care 💙
