Simply shouldn’t happen…

Apologies for this upsetting post, BUT this simply should not be happening in a relatively rich economy such as the UK.

Jonathan’s story highlighted in yesterday’s Manchester Evening Mail is just tragic and so sad, and my heart truly goes out to his family and friends.  We all accept that mistakes can happen, and I am certain that the health care workers involved in this case are devastated, BUT it shows how broken our NHS is.  It needs investment NOW… that’s all I have to say 😔
